develop the PanBlast™ PMB Blast Pots, which are special application blast pots, suited for use
with low pressure, plastic media blasting.

Pot shells are designed and manufactured in
accordance to various international pressure vessel
standards according to market requirements, with
test certificates issued by relevant approving
authorities available upon request.
Fitted with the PanBlast™ Corsa II abrasive control
valve, which provides precise abrasive control,
immediate shut off and optional abrasive cut off for
compressed air blow down.
Steep 60° included angle pot shell cone, for
improved abrasive flow, which is important for
lighter density and finer grade abrasive media.
All PanBlast™ automatic blast pots are fitted with
moisture traps, exhaust mufflers and main air
isolation valves as standard equipment.
Wide terrain pneumatic wheels are standard on the
BP300 and BP600 pots for increased
maneuverability and stability.
Special low pressure diaphragm type dump valve is
available as an option, which allows blasting
pressures as low as 35Kpa (5psi).
Ideally suited to Plastic Media use.
Blasting with light density cereal/nutshell abrasives.
Shot peening applications involving low blast pressures.
Blasting with very fine aluminium oxides, zircons, glass beads etc..
Applications where low blast pressure is required to prevent damage to product
substrate.
